As COO, Belinda-Leigh is responsible for driving global operational strategy, scaling SmartSOLUTIONS™ platform delivery, and ensuring that PMC's technology ambitions translate into measurable client outcomes across markets. Her leadership is grounded in a career-long commitment to client-centric design, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable business practices —  principles she has applied at every level of organizational complexity.

Prior to PMC, Belinda-Leigh founded BLH Consulting Services, LLC, where she advised global organizations on digital transformation, revenue enhancement, operational effectiveness, and technology-led market expansion. Her consultative approach to executive coaching and strategic planning produced transformative results, including closing over 10's of millions in individual new sales and in team revenue — exceeding targets by 30% — while developing ROI frameworks, omnichannel roadmaps, and digital banking platforms that became competitive differentiators for her clients. At ACI Worldwide (global fintech SaaS), closed $8M+ individual and $24M team new sales, leading enterprise digital banking and omnichannel product strategy.  

Her seven-year tenure at BBVA (formerly Texas State Bank and Guaranty Financial Services) further cemented her reputation as a revenue architect and operational innovator. Rising from Vice President and Regional Manager to Executive Vice President and Director of Treasury Management Services, Belinda-Leigh established and scaled the Treasury Management Division, boosted service charges and commercial account balances by 163% and 224%, spearheaded $35 million in cost savings through operational process improvements and fraud prevention, and served on the BBVA transition team supporting U.S. acquisitions and expansion.
