At PMC Group I, Larry serves as Chief Technology Officer, guiding the technology strategy and architecture behind PCAI™ and the broader SmartSOLUTIONS™ platform. His focus includes cloud-native architecture, AI governance, and high-availability infrastructure designed to support mission-critical facilities and data center operators worldwide.
Most recently, as SVP of IT Shared Services at PriceSmart, Larry unified infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, data management, and Agile delivery under a single operating model. He led a 172-person international organization and managed a $30 million budget, bringing multiple technology functions together under a more unified operational structure.
As CTO of CPAP.com, Larry built a new ecommerce platform from the ground up and led the technology diligence behind the company’s successful sale, combining platform development with the technical leadership required during a major business transaction.
Previously, as CIO of Blinds.com, Larry built the technology platform that supported the company’s growth to $250 million in annual sales. He also led the technology integration associated with the company’s acquisition by The Home Depot.
Across his career, Larry has also led IT due diligence and integration through multiple M&A transactions and built distributed international engineering teams while remaining hands-on with architecture and code. This combination of executive leadership and technical depth reflects a consistent pattern throughout his career: modernizing technology foundations and building the platforms and teams that allow organizations to scale with confidence.
